From M50 North or South, Take junction 13 and continue onto the Dundrum bypass via the Ballinteer Road. You will come to the LUAS bridge, here you need turn left onto the R112 Upper Churchtown Road. Continue along this road and take the left turn at the Bottle Tower Pub onto Beaumont Ave. Take your second left down and into Beaumont Lane.
From the N11 turn left onto the R112 and continue straight until you reach the LUAS bridge which is at Dundrum, Continue straight under this bridge still on the R112 until you reach the lights at the Bottle Tower pub on your left, turn left at these lights onto Beaumont Ave. Take your second left down and into Beaumont Lane.
